Maak je bedrijf meer waard (Increase the value of your compay) was published in May 2008. In September 2008 the second edition was published en in Februari 2010 the third edition. "Increase the value of your company” makes the knowledge and experience of listed companies and large corporations available to managers of small and medium sized companies. A few simple stepping stones explain how a company can generate and increase value. This offers entrepreneurs and management an important strategic framework to manage their corporate value. The key factors to corporate success and management pitfalls are mapped to make fair entrepreneurial value a more attainable goal.

The results from the White Paper - in which more than 35 top industry experts participated - show that most experts expect that the turn up at Dutch AGMs (annual general meetings) can increase substantially. The White paper is a contribution to Stemmend Nederland, an impartial industry expert group focused on enhancing proxy voting with a focus on the Netherlands.
